Trustee Sale

Statute allows $425 or 1% of the unpaid principal sum secured, whichever is greater.

Should the property revert to the lender at the sale the full fee amount can be reduced at the Trustee's discretion. This does not include the accrued costs such as TSG, mailings and recordings which are a separate charge.
